Is it possible to change my date?
Absolutely, as long as you provide us with a minimum of 7 day notice, you can adjust your date without any additional charges.
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
If you need to reschedule within 7 days of your event, we’ll happily apply your deposit toward a future booking. We know things happen, and we’re always happy to work with you!
How does the billing process work?
To secure your booking, we request a 50% non-refundable deposit with the remaining 50% to be paid 48 hours prior to your event.
What if there is a weather related event?
Our simulators are housed in protective tents, allowing us to play through light rain or snow. If severe weather or high winds occur, we can move indoors (space permitting). If we must cancel for safety reasons, your event will be given priority for rescheduling.
Can I receive a receipt for my order?
Absolutely! We are happy to send an receipt via email on the day of the event.
What is the space requirements?
Our simulator tent measures 12’W x 16’L x 10’H. We require a minimum of 1′ of clearance around the entire perimeter of the tent to ensure a safe environment for you and your guests.
Safety Concerns
We want everyone to have a blast, but we take safety seriously! Our team stays on-site to oversee the simulator and ensure all guests follow safe swinging practices. We are fully licensed and insured, and we’ll walk you through our standard liability and damage waiver before the event kicks off.
